When we booked the room, we asked the front desk clerk that we wanted two rooms next to each other. We communicated with her for a long time, but we didn't understand it. I personally feel that the service skills of the service staff really need to be improved. As soon as you enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke, and the temperature of the air conditioner is very low, and the sound is very loud. I was quite satisfied with this hotel at first, but after checking out and renewing the room, his service score was directly reduced to the lowest.

The attitude when renewing the room is completely different from the beginning. First of all, the price is very messy. When renewing, the guest in the room next to me (which is exactly the same as ours) gave a price of 520 yuan. I asked the waiter what price I was renewing at. He said, you are in Just order online. I said that there is breakfast on the Internet. I don’t need breakfast. You can just order it for me. She replied that our breakfast list is 49 per person. It’s an irrelevant answer, and the waiter communicated with me all the way. I didn't look up, and I was speechless for such a service.

I originally booked an executive room, but because there was no room that night, I was upgraded to a suite for free. The room is very spacious and large, and it is quite comfortable to live in, but the air conditioner in one suite is not very hot. But when I checked out the next day, the service was a bit poor. The whole front desk was very busy, and I waited for more than 20 minutes.
