The property itself was great. The check in process needs improvement. There is no front desk so trying to get information about checking in was difficult. I tried calling and communicating with the hotel beforehand but I got no response since it was the weekend. Plus, an e mail was sent to me in Spanish which was asking me to complete forms which included passport information.
Once I finally did make contact, they were very responsive. If you are driving it is difficult to find parking and finally I would suggest that you arrive in the daytime since the accommodation was a little tricky to find.

Progressive hotel at the heart of Eibar's town; a great place to stay if you're going to watch their soccer team play. My only downside with this hotel is their could be more correspondence in advance over the auto-check in process. Other than that, my friend and I adored this hotel room and had a great stay.

Hard to find, picture is misleading. NO PLACE TO PARK AT ALL!!! No street parking anywhere in blocks ! Hard terrane to walk and you will end up finding a spot on another side of this small town.
