Charming

The hotel is beautiful and cozy, close to Plaza Mayor and several very good restaurants.
Ronaldo's care was very anticipating, making the stay even better. I would also like to attack the restaurant staff, Brian and Cielo, always friendly and very concerned.

Good hotel in a good location they have the added bonus that they will store your luggage until you return from Machu Picchu I think they should advertise that more as everyone needs this service due to the train and coach rules regarding travel and they are the only way to reach Machu Picchu

Poor overall. Room was ridiculously small. Breakfast was poor. Returned after Inca Trail for one night, positively was moved to a much bigger room that even had a jacuzzi but there was no hot water plus, staff lost the key to the room - had to wait 20 mins to get back in, with various staff members running around trying to find the key. Positively, staff helpful overall and massive room to leave bags when doing Inca trail.
