Relaxing and nice place for vacation

I had a wonderful stay at Sultan Bay Hotel in El Gouna. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and very convenient, with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful, which made the experience even better.

Getting ready for our 2nd visit.

We loved this hotel, in fact we loved it so much last year that we are booked to go back in 5 weeks and can't wait. Situated in a beautiful area the hotel was very clean and the staff were all amazing. Great food and they went out of their way to cater for a gluten free guest. See you all in 5 weeks!!!

Excellent hotel with good food and extremely helpful anf friendly staff. Only remark is that the rooms are a bit outdated. It is a average size hotel what makes is really relaxing and not too crowded. There is always room at the pool or at breakfast, lunch and diner. The location is amazing at the lagune and the pool and lagune beds are really good. The hotel and environments are really clear. Really recommended hotel in El Gouna
