Clean and Comfortable Roadside Motel

Very clean room for a hotel in this category. I could walk around in white socks and they stayed white, which is a great sign of cleanliness! Comfortable beds, plenty of parking, and a convenient location for a road trip from Vancouver to Jasper. Very good value for the price.

We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. We have been driving from Vancouver Island, and that was our stop to regroup and have a hot tub before our next day of travel. We got there and they said the hot tub was not working I asked why I was not told and they said it just broke the night before. We went to go check out the outdoor pool and while talking to people in the pool who had been there for three days said the hot tub had not been working their whole time. Why lie? I chose the hotel because of the hot tub and did not get a hot tub or option.

I really found the services excellent, very helpful, kind and friendly.
The room was clean and even the housekeeping people were friendly.
The only negative experience I had, was the toilet is too low.
It's like it is better suited for a kids toilet and hard to get back up off. I think it's an old style toilet?
But other than that, it was awesome!

Our room was on the first floor outside the pool. We paid a little more for a jucuzzi tub and king bed. The room was nice and the bed comfy. My only complaint is that it was noisy. The room was right outside the pool so we had a lot of pool noise. Also we could hear footsteps, showers, etc in the room above us and they stayed up late and got up early. Not well insulated. If you are looking for quiet I’d suggest the 2nd floor away from the pool.

Staff were very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very nice and clean . Would stay there again .
