Unable no check-in, no staff on site, hotline not answering
I arrived around 3:00 PM and tried to check in using the self-check-in system, but my booking couldn't be found. I entered the booking number correctly several times – it was later confirmed as valid by Booking.com support – but the system simply wouldn't accept it.
There was no staff on site. When I called the hotel, I only got an automated message saying the reception was closed. No alternative contact options, no instructions, no help.
As a result, I had no access to the hotel, even though the booking was fully paid. In the end, I had to find and book new accommodation late that evening, which completely disrupted my plans for the day.
Booking.com support told me they were waiting for a response from the hotel (allegedly because it was a partner booking), which makes no sense from a customer's perspective. More than a month has now passed without any resolution.
I was left completely without accommodation and without money. It was extremely stressful trying to find a new hotel at short notice while I was already there and time was of the essence.
This should never happen – it was frustrating, discouraging, and completely unprofessional.

Nice hotel
The only criticism is the towels, there are enough hooks in the bathroom, however the towels have no loops to hang them properly.
