Superb hotel, we had a great time, recommended

My first time at this hotel in Munich, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean, modern, and stylish. I opted for one of the more expensive rooms with a balcony, and I was impressed. I will book again next year.
The hotel is central, so getting around was easy using the subway.

Fantasic spot for traveler, and the room was clean with hot tub, making me relieved from jetlag, and the breakfast was extraordinary with live station service

Great stay. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast onsite was fantastic as well with something for everyone.The parking option of you have a car isn't great with tight spaces for larger cars but still okay. It's a local parking lot behind the hotel.

This is wat NH Collection is about!

Before our arrival we had some questions which we asked via email, these were answered quickly and elaborately. It made us feel welcome even before we arrived. Upon arrival the check-in went smoothly and we were off to our amazing room. The room was clean, it was well maintained and up to date. We slept well because the rooms are quiet. When we went to the breakfast we were greeted by all the staff we passed. The breakfast itself is elaborate with various sweets, breads and a chef who will make your eggs as you desire. Another nice feature about the breakfast, which we as vegetarians appreciate, is that cheese and meats are clearly separated and have their own utensils.
All around we had a more than lovely stay in this amazing hotel!

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel is very nice but the surrounding area is a bit off. Although a 10 min walk will find some great areas. PStaff was courteous and friendly and knowledgeable about the general area - especially Maria.
I would stay there again.
