Great location, great hotel

Excellent location, great value for money, excellent staff, exceptionally clean. Double rooms were little smaller than expected but plenty of room for 2 adults.

⚠️ Warning: Extremely slippery and potentially dangerous bathroom floor
I would strongly advise other guests to be extremely careful in the bathroom. The floor tiles become extremely slippery, even when there is only a small amount of water on the floor after taking a shower.
After my shower, the floor was wet, as you would naturally expect in a bathroom, and I ended up having a very serious fall. There was no significant amount of water on the floor — just the normal moisture and water droplets you would expect after using the shower.
In my opinion, the tiles are simply not suitable for use in a bathroom, where the floor can reasonably be expected to become wet. There needs to be a sufficiently slip-resistant surface or another solution to make the floor safe under normal conditions.
I consider this a serious safety issue that the hotel should take very seriously. Please be extremely careful when stepping out of the shower, even if the floor is only slightly wet.

Full carpet in the room is not good hygiene.

We really would have liked to have AC. The room was smaller than expected. That is of course on us. Price was good and close to the bus station.

Staff were so helpful and even allowed me to check in early when I arrived to drop off my luggage. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Location is ideal to get around the city, short walk to the Marienplatz with tram and S Bahn nearby.
