Great location, excellent service

The location is in a quiet, local neighborhood with everything you want. The hotel is a few minutes from tram stops, grocery stores, delicious bakeries, coffee and tea shops, fantastic restaurants, little boutiques and much more.
I loved the charm of the room, which was very quiet looking out to the garden. Stefan had much patience and went above and beyond to help me with a tea kettle on an unseasonably frigid day. Highly recommended.

a house with flair and character

Landed there by chance and just completely satisfied ! 3 stops from the main train station, pleasant district with fine shops and pubs.
But what impresses : the owners at the reception, or competent staff, real people - no key safe, a dignified, decor and art and other woods, each room different, flowers in the vases , a fine breakfast and absolute peace when the room goes out the back! I would like to come back !

Small cocoon close to the center

This hotel deserves the title of Boutique Hotel
Old-fashioned welcome, full of attention and human warmth.
The spaces are airy, bright and very clean. The decoration of the corridors in particular is very personal, singular and pleasant. Wifi works smoothly everywhere and parking spaces are offered for a fee.
Finally, a delicious breakfast is served in a beautiful lounge: fresh and well presented products.

Still fabulous!

We cannot say enough about how much we love staying here! We have been several times over the years, and each time we are warmly welcomed. It means the world to us to have this experience!
The hotel is elegantly designed and furnished with a different set of artwork on each visit. It's like staying in a wonderful gallery. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast is delicious.
The hotel is located within walking distance of public transportation and plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
We love it here!

You have to love it

Actually, you don't want to recommend the Olympic - in the hope that it will remain this insider tip with not only incredibly friendly, interesting and competent staff but also such guests...
If you appreciate communication and culture, enjoy beautiful buildings and gardens , painting and literature ( with highly professional hotel procedures ) - you will not want to go to any other hotel in Munich.
