An excellent hotel with a perfect location, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and outstanding breakfast.
The entire team at the reception was very friendly, professional, helpful, and always attentive. You can really tell that the guest's well-being is the top priority here.
A special thanks goes to Mr. Christian for his great attentiveness and for taking care of every request immediately and extremely professionally. His interaction with the guests and in particular his reaction to any issues that arose were truly outstanding.
I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Tim, Mr. Abdulla, and Mr. Obada. The entire reception team left an excellent impression on me.
I was also very pleased with the welcome gift from your kitchen. A truly nice and generous gesture that once again shows how much you value your guests and their well-being. As a guest, you feel welcome, well taken care of, and in safe hands with you.
