Cancelación de la reserva sin previo aviso y con confirmación hecha

Very, very disappointed. My 18-year-old daughter traveled with her friends, who are all 17 years old, carrying both parental authorization and the official police travel authorization required for minors. Before making the reservation, we informed the hotel of the situation, and we confirmed it again after booking and once more in the reminder sent before their arrival from Spain.
However, once they arrived, the hotel rudely canceled their reservation, claiming that they do not accept minors, which is completely false information.
As a result, four young girls were left for six hours trying to find alternative accommodation so they would not literally end up sleeping on the street. This was a completely inhumane attitude.
Thankfully, Airbnb stepped in, solved the problem, and found them another place to stay.
I found the way they were treated extremely unprofessional, lacking any empathy for four girls who had been traveling for many hours. I will NEVER stay in a place like this.
The girls had a terrible experience. The staff’s attitude was highly unprofessional, and the customer service was extremely poor.

We are sincerely sorry for the stressful situation the young girls experienced and the understandable anxiety this caused you as a mother. We completely understand how nerve-wracking these situations can be, but we must objectively clarify what took place.
For strict safety reasons and in compliance with current regulations as outlined in our Terms and Conditions (specifically section §2.3), minors are not permitted to stay at our properties unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Unfortunately, parental and police travel authorisations do not bypass this requirement for hotel accommodation, and an 18-year-old companion does not fulfil the legal definition of a guardian for the minor guests. Hotels cannot make exceptions to the law, which is why, to our regret, check-in was legally impossible.
Far from acting with indifference or rudeness, our team empathised with the situation immediately. To mitigate the impact and help the girls find an alternative quickly, we decided to waive all cancellation penalties and processed a 100% free cancellation on the spot. We did this so you would have your funds returned immediately to book another property, which we otherwise would not have been obligated to do on the day of arrival.
It is deeply disheartening to read that our treatment was described as "inhumane" and lacking empathy when we acted with absolute goodwill and financial flexibility to help you resolve this legal and planning roadblock. Furthermore, I am very sorry to see how much you are trying to hurt us by writing the same distorted version of what happened on various platforms. We wish you and the girls all the best, and we are glad to hear they ultimately found suitable accommodation.

Excellent stay in Berlin

Excellent stay in Berlin!We stayed here twice during our trip to visit family nearby and highly recommend it.The Rooms: First, we spent a week in a spacious apartment with a balcony. Later, we stayed for two nights in an apartment without a balcony. Both rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-stocked.The Location: Very safe neighborhood, under a 5-minute walk to our family, and incredibly close to shopping and public transportation.I would absolutely stay here again!

Room is reasonable in size and clean, had a tea kettle for tea. Coffee has to be nescafe. It has a room safe. The bed is good, but the blankets could be better. It has an okay desk and a large television set. I did not try the breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located near many restaurants and shops and public transportation.

Completely satisfied. ...what more could you want

We really enjoyed the four-day stay at the Hotel Anna. We had room 101, small fine with balcony, breakfast and parking in the yard.
The room with bathroom was perfectly clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished , super mattress, no back pain, class pillow, with everything you need. Super many outlets, cozy light. Very well insulated and insulated, you can only hear the room doors when they go, but no noises of any kind from roommates or from guests in the hallway. Nothing to hear from street noise in the rooms either. We didn't miss anything.
The atmosphere in the hotel family, easy , uncomplicated, helpful and friendly.
The breakfast just perfect, with everything your heart desires, very good taste. And especially great that everything is laid out in small quantities and if what is missing is rather refilled, coffee as much as you want in super quality.
Were even allowed to invite our daughters who live in Berlin to breakfast in the hotel.
During the day coffee flat: from 13:00 to 21:00 you can get the coffee yourself. Top.
If Berlin again, then we come back here. To the nearest subway on foot in two minutes, just around the corner. It's hard to get better.
In the street around the corner many shopping centers, everywhere something to eat and stroll.
We felt completely comfortable.
