Amazing place to stay
This was our first time holidaying in Cornwall and we are so pleased we chose The Valley as our base from which to explore. After a very long journey we were lucky that our cottage was ready a little early and were given a very warm welcome. We stayed in a pet friendly Villa Gallery with hot tub and it had everything we needed and was both spacious and cosy. The welcome pack for us and the dog were much appreciated! When the weather was nice, eating breakfast on the balcony with a view of the hills was a fantastic way to start the day. The hot tub was a delightful way to relax after a day of exploring, they even had plastic flutes so I could enjoy a Prosecco. We didn't use all of the facilities, but regularly utilised the private swimming pool which my 12 year old son loved. We also played a few games of squash. The woodland walk and secure field were brilliant for the dog. We even enjoyed a delicious meal with our dog at the on site restaurant. It genuinely is a holiday for the whole family. All of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful, it felt like nothing was too much trouble. We even received a goodie bag to go home with, which is so thoughtful and not something I have experienced anywhere else. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at The Valley and I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Cornwall.

Exceptional.
We booked a pet friendly croft. The doggies were delighted with their arrival treats, and the children with their fudge / shortbreads. Everything in the cottage was well thought out, we never found we were looking for something / short of something.
At first we were a bit baffled by needing to book the indoor pool, but soon realised it's a much better system, and thoroughly enjoyed having it to ourselves.
The food at the restaurant was fab too. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend for all ages.

Excellent stay with family and dogs
Just returned from stay number 4 at The Valley with 2 children and 2 dogs. Excellent accommodation; very clean, spacious and well thought out for all our holiday needs. Friendly, helpful staff, super facilities and great location with plenty of attractions and amenities within a half an hour drive. We keep returning because The Valley exceeds our expectations, every time.

Excellent family and dog luxury stay
Home from home, staff exceptional, the cleaning staff must be superhuman to make the cottages as new each time! the communication regarding what's on menu and dog welcome pack is just amazing! location perfect and the enclosed dog walking field is perfect
Been staying at the valley years and sometimes lucky enough to stop at mill end on way down which is sublime!

Fantastic experience- highly recommended
We had an excellent week at the Valley. The complex is really well maintained, high quality accommodation, very friendly staff. This is our 20+ time staying at the Valley for the last 18 years and we would highly recommend it. Great place for family holidays all ages! Look forward to coming back soon.
