our room was clean but very small the staff were great the food was great the breakfast was very good we enjoyed our stay thank you

Mini break

Location good to venture out bus stop opposite hotel to town, hotel basic but clean towels provided and small toiletries tea coffee kettle in room, value for what you pay, food was cheap and plentiful breakfast was good also

Overall we were really happy with the stay the room and hotel was good value for money and food was reasonably priced. It was close to the center of the town where there was a few shops if you wanted or needed anything.
Also plenty of parking onsite at no extra cost.
The only bad thing about the stay was having members of staff knocking on the door within a short period of time to remind us of the checkout time once was enough as we didn’t need to be reminded two or three times.
Staff were polite and happy to help. If I needed a room in the area again I would be happy to stop this hotel again.

Lovely staff. Food a nd drinkwas cheap but good. Pub had a good atmosphere. Unfortunately the room was ridiculously hot with no fan and had a musty smell. The room was tired and dirty. We put our bags in the cubby hole and they came out covered with dust and the sheets whilst clean had mould marks on them. Same with the bathroom, clean but mould marks and I think the toilet leaked.

The rooms are tired and poorly cleaned for the price demanded for one nights stay without breakfast. Albeit the staff were attentive.
