That Unforgetable View

The rooms are good. Food is Ok. But the view from the balcony was splendid. We reached late at night and were too tired to check anything other than the bed. We awoke to snow clad mountain peaks the next day and that will remain with us forever.

Very very bed service

Service is not good. Manager rajesh is loss talking every person am not happy with her all staff service.accutally all is loss talking so I can't come this type of hotel in MANALI. I had injury the leg so I have to dinner order in the room they not serve us in my room

Feedback

Room is good and clean. Breakfast and dinner is amazing , best quality and quantity. Staffs are cooperative and polite. Check in and out time is fixed. Enjoy the evening in lawn. All services are good

Worst hotel in manali.. uncleaned rooms and washrooms with poor quality of food... service is horrible

Worst hotel in terms of hospitality, service and management. Uncleaned rooms, uncleaned washrooms, poor quality of food. We have worst experience in october 2016,we had planned for three days stay.. But on seeing such poor condition when we about to change the hotel on day 1, the management threatened us to pay for three days and did not let us go.since we are from kolkata so we opt to remain calm in this situation and paid them for the extra days we did not even stay. Later we shifted to a nearby good hotel..
If this had happened to kolkata, i would teach them a lesson.. Anyway i suggest travellers specially with family should avoid this hotel...

ITS WORST HOTEL,DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Its worst and its Third class Hotel,not three star.They cheated us. We were 2 couples and booked 2 rooms for 4 days for Honeymoon. First day when we came at night they provided one good room. Next morning called and said you are upgraded to Super Deluxe room, when we came back in the evening they Gave us very Dirty, Old ,third class room . They Use 2 days old Basi Rice, Mix it with new one and serve which you can smell it easily. They don't have any ethics and respect for customers.Even in the food one guy found fly in Paneer Sabji. They made Fruit salad with over boiled milk and refused to change it.DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.
