Great experience in room

Awesome experience in to stay in this hotel. Every thing are clean and hotel reception person s are very kindful. we have stayed two days and experience are amazing. Hotel room and restroom are very cleaned.

unhyginice with zero maintinace

Toilet flush not working when Check in, for washroom use we have to wait approx half an hour due to washroom maintenance, break windows, open wiring and many more cant explain when i checkin room and ask to manager i dont want to stay here then he refuse to back money and he take full advance prior the given room.Next day change room just near by hotel with 40 % discount and very good room. so I never suggest Ganges river with huge tarrif .

Never book this hotel.. uneducated staff and pathetic behaviour

Third class hotel, pathetic staff behaviour, stinking room, unsafe place to stay.. once check out time is over, they will throw out your luggage and will ask to leave immediately..hotel looks like haunted place

Worst hotel in Haridwar

Very dirty hotel and staffs behaviour is also very bad. Bedsheets are not washed and room /washrooms also smells very bad . Our organization tie up with the Hotel but hotel management provide us very 3 class room . this is my 2nd trip of Haridwar and i m very disappointed.

Don't know how to adress the customer !

Dear sir / ma'am
I don't want to write a review about your stay infact I'll write because ur services are very poor and staff doesn't even know how to talk to the customer, government officials even to a common man also.
As it's a high time for corona crisis also kindly circulate the information and rules related to haridwar district.
Talking about ur staff they talk irrelevant, misbehave and they don't even cooperate a little bit.
It's a request to the hotel owner kindly give us some staff so that they can give a little bit of respect to the customers.
Earlier i don't want to book a room based on previous reviews of customer but i think let's give a try once and the negative reviews are totally valued by me and the same they are doing to every customer.
So it's a request again to look into this matter.
As I'm requesting other's also that never ever stay in this hotels not even once.
Hoping for the positive response from ur side !
