Even with a few design and operational drawbacks, the location, breakfast, and overall convenience.

I spent several days at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel while attending Executive MBA classes. My stay was comfortable and convenient, though I did notice a few drawbacks.
The location is a major plus. Being just steps from the Eiffel Tower made for a memorable setting, and the views from the 10th-floor classrooms were stunning. These views really enhanced the experience. However, the wind noise at that height was noticeable and sometimes distracting during classes and meetings, even with the windows closed.
My room on the sixth floor was comfortable, but it felt a bit small for the price. The bathroom looked outdated. The deep tub was nice, but it was hard to step into, even for tall people. The partial glass panel didn’t keep water from splashing onto the floor, which was inconvenient.
The elevators get crowded during busy times like mornings, midday, and evenings. Taking the stairs is a good alternative and gives you a bit of exercise.
Even when I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up, housekeeping still cleaned my room. If you want more privacy, it’s a good idea to speak directly to housekeeping.
The gym is on the lower level and is open 24 hours. It has basic equipment like treadmills, but the space is small and only fits a few people comfortably. They provide water and fresh fruit, though I noticed there weren’t any sanitizing wipes available.izing wipes available.
One of the best parts of my stay was the free breakfast. I highly recommend it. There was always a great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, made-to-order vegetable omelets, fresh juices, and coffee. I looked forward to it every day.
Even with a few design and operational drawbacks, the location, breakfast, and overall convenience make this hotel a solid choice for business or academic trips.

very overpriced, disappointing

The room was clean and a decent size. There was complementary mineral water and a fridge. Basic tea and coffee. The shower was a bit underpowered. The service was ok. The breakfast was very disappointing. Buffet style with very limited choices and poor to mediocre quality. The lift had no feedback so it was hard to see which floor you were arriving on. Numbering the floors near the lift doors would be helpful. Overall, considering the expense, we felt slightly cheated and would not stay here again. Nothing was outright bad as such but for what we were being charged it was clearly not worth it.

I was disappointed to find out the rooftop restaurant/Bar was closed upon checking in, so there was no entertainment in the hotel as we expected, we paid a lot money for this hotel so we were not happy to hear that it was closed. They also charged my credit card again although I told the front desk agent as we checked in, I had already paid for the stay through hotels.com, the front desk agent who took care of us did not listen when or care, and was not very friendly in fact was angry that I asked him what was the charge for, he didn’t care or go the extra mile to find out, he ignored me when I told him, needless to say I had to call and write them to credit us for the extra charge which was a mistake, they should have already known that I already paid. Some of the other staff and the manager were very nice. The (Waiter Christopher & Issa) were so nice and friendly. I did enjoy having the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Seeing it sparkle in the evenings was the highlight and best part of the stay.

Spoiled vacation, sound of repairs.Hotel , which does not warn about construction work.

Unfortunately, our stay at Pullman Paris was completely ruined.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, but this was nowhere to be warned at the time of booking. If I had known in advance that the hotel would be renovated, I would never have chosen this hotel.
Imagine waking up every morning to the loud sound of a drill right overhead. I came to Paris and stayed at this hotel to rest, not start every day amid the noise of renovation. Moreover, even at night, there were constant tapping and other construction sounds, so it was impossible to rest fully.
There was also an unpleasant service situation. I wanted to order food to my room and I called three or four times, but no one answered the phone.
For such a cost you expect comfort, silence and quality service. Very disappointed that the hotel does not warn guests about renovations and does not provide the proper level of service. Unfortunately, this experience ruined the whole experience of the stay.
