Excellent service and courteous friendly

First time in Egypt and I didn’t expect to get such a warmth welcome from the staff of Arabella.Very helpful and courteous as well as considerate throughout my stay of 2 weeks.Would recommend to anyone who is a first time visitor to experience it and good value of money and services.Throughly enjoyed my stay here and will try to come back soon.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Total disorganization with kindness and willingness to help or I'm so sorry...

The choice of this hotel was made because of its successful location 5 km from the exhibition centre. Also, a 5-minute walk away is a nice shopping mall with the same name Arabella Mall, where you can buy clothes, food in the supermarket and eat in several restaurants. But after visiting this hotel, I realized that in Egypt it is desirable to stay only in famous chain hotels and in no case in such or private sector. It seems that all the people in this hotel happened to be at work, see tourists for the first time and do not understand the essence of problems and questions at all. Only one person speaks English at the reception desk, and the others don't understand even simple words. There's problems and problems, even if it's not that big, but it doesn't make a good stay, right? And the answer is one: I'm so sorry, sir... And this answer is made with such pity, looking away and lowering his head. And it's obvious right away that shouting and swearing is useless. Breakfast is brought to the room, but if you say so by 9:00 a.m., it certainly won't come at that time, but it could be knocked on as early as 8:15 or brought in at 9:20. And whatever time you call it, it won't be. A constant water problem. Moreover, there may be no cutlery, a fork appears after the request, but no spoon, but there is yogurt or another combination of spoon and fork, but no knife, although there is melted cheese. At first, the water was notionally warm, but rather cold and you couldn't bathe. But then came the boiling water, so you could just get over it. It was impossible to regulate. Surprisingly, the "experts" who came couldn't figure out what my problem was? There was no hanger in the room at the time of arrival, there was no bar for them in one part of the closet, there was no chair, although there was a desk. And that's where people didn't understand the problem immediately. Instead of chairs, they offered to sit directly on the bed, which from a distance, and the bar and hangers, as well as all issues, decided for about 40 minutes. In the end, the crossbar was so long they decided not to. Bringing two bottles of water is also a problem. Nobody denies it's a proper thing to do, but just like that. It was very difficult to resolve the issue of the bill for the tourist fee. First I got it without a signature or seal. I already received the next version of the document upon my return to Moscow. But most importantly, I was promised, as I do every day, that it would always be better and next time it would be fine! I don't know, friends, if I'll have another time at your hotel? I'm so sorry...
