Not acceptable..
How ever when we arrived it was dirty, in the bathroom was long black hair, and in My bed too. All in the kitchen was dirty. I did complain, and they did clean. But that should have been done before we Came. You have to buy things to the kitchen if you want to make your own food, since almost empty kitchen, so we eat out or order take away. If you want to clean your kitchen things you need to buy soap and stuff to be able to wash your things. Since i already live inhere in Hurghada but have a studio where i cant have guests for sleeping, then i thought it was a good idea to get this hotel/appartement. If you want to clean, there is absolut nothing for that, and they do not clean your room as well, they dont Even take the trash, it stands outside for days and smell, i fact the hotel stinks so bad, both inside and outside the rooms. When we Came the handle to the bedroom was also broken, but they fixed it the day after. I regret paying any tips, because it was taken for granted and No humility or greatfulness, and the things i payed for, were things they should have done by themselfs before we Came. As I see it they are lazy and I do not understand why there is Even anyone working here, because they do absolutly nothing to keep the hotel clean and nice. What piss me of the most is that they as a minimum dont take the garbage, its very embarrasing for me to invite my friends from Türkiye and they come from a country where Even the cheapest hotels Are very clean. But I can see here in Masr thats not the case. First and last time here.
