great vacation Skvělá dovolená
We went to SRNTA expecting relaxation and the resort did not disappoint us in any way. From start to finish, there was a very pleasant, "adult", modern and relaxed atmosphere.
Arrival and accommodation
The arrival went very smoothly. Right after arrival, we could go to breakfast and around 10 am we had a room ready. Our wishes were heard in detail - we got a beautiful room on the ground floor, right in the middle of the entire resort. Clean, modernly furnished, the minibar was regularly replenished once every 4 days.
️ Food, à la carte and drinks
The food was excellent, you always had a choice in the main restaurant. The lunches served in the beach area were absolutely great - the food there was so good that we didn't even need to go to the main restaurant for lunch during our entire stay.
A separate chapter is the à la carte restaurants:
Italian: The absolute TOP of the entire stay! Excellent steak, great soup and luxurious dessert.
Asian: Also excellent, but Italian set the bar highest for us.
As for drinks, great satisfaction - both soft and alcoholic mixed drinks tasted very good.
Pools, beach and sea
Pools: Beautiful, clean, water temperature ideal.
Beach and sea: The sea is beautiful and clean with a pleasant, gradual entry into the water without the need to walk along the pier for a long time. The underwater world is a little weaker in this part, but there were some fish and corals to see and it was more than enough for a relaxing swim.
Animation and evening program
During the day, we mainly used aquagym from the animations (other programs were running, but we did not participate). The evening animations were such a classic, but the beach party in the Moulin Rouge style was really great! Plus, with the shisha offered, it had a great atmosphere.
Staff and service
The hotel staff are a chapter in themselves. Everyone was incredibly smiling, kind and helpful. A huge plus for bringing us drinks to our sunbeds both on the beach and at the pool. Especially the pool attendant Mr. Keroo Rafat was great. Always smiling and creating the right atmosphere. I must not forget the lifeguards who are helpful to all guests. It is necessary to mention the manager Miriam. She regularly walked among the guests and asked about their satisfaction and other possibilities for improvement. All the employees felt happy and satisfied and I think it is thanks to Miriam.

The Sahl Hasheesh area literally thrilled us! Evening walks along the long coastal promenade and renting golf carts added a great finishing touch to it all.
Summary:
SRNTY is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern environment, excellent service, good food and an overall very relaxed atmosphere. We will be happy to come back here in the future!

Příjezd proběhl naprosto hladce. Hned po příjezdu jsme mohli jít na snídani a už kolem 10. hodiny dopoledne jsme měli připravený pokoj. Naše přání bylo do detailu vyslyšeno – dostali jsme nádherný pokoj v přízemí, přesně uprostřed celého resortu. Uklizeno, moderně zařízeno, minibar doplňován pravidelně 1× za 4 dny.
️ Jídlo, à la carte a nápoje
Jídlo bylo výborné, v hlavní restauraci si člověk vždycky vybral. Naprosto skvělé byly obědy podávané v plážové části – jídlo tam bylo tak dobré, že jsme za celý pobyt neměli ani jednou potřebu chodit na oběd do hlavní restaurace.
Samostatnou kapitolou jsou à la carte restaurace:
Italská: Naprostá TOPka celého pobytu! Výborný steak, skvělá polévka a luxusní dezert.
Asijská: Rovněž výborná, ale italská laťku nasadila pro nás nejvýše.
Co se týče drinků, velká spokojenost – jak nealko, tak alkoholické míchané nápoje byly chuťově velmi dobré.
Bazény, pláž a moře
Bazény: Krásné, čisté, teplota vody ideální.
Pláž a moře: Moře krásné a čisté s příjemným, pozvolným vstupem do vody bez nutnosti dlouhého chodit po molu. Podmořský svět je v této části trochu slabší, ale nějaké rybičky i korály k vidění byly a na pohodové zaplavání to bohatě stačilo.
Animace a večerní program
Přes den jsme z animací využívali hlavně aquagym (ostatní programy běžely, ale neúčastnili jsme se). Večerní animace byly taková klasika, ale plážová party ve stylu Moulin Rouge byla opravdu skvělá! Navíc s nabízenou shishou to mělo skvělou atmosféru.
Personál a servis
Zaměstnanci hotelu jsou kapitola sama o sobě. Všichni neuvěřitelně usměvaví, milí a ochotní. Obrovské plus za to, že jak na pláži, tak u bazénu nám nosili drinky až k lehátku. Obzvláště obsluha u bazénu pan Keroo Rafat byl skvělý. Vždy úsměv a vytvářel správnou pohodu. Nesmím zapomenout na plavčíky, kteří jsou všem hostům nápomocni. Je nutné vyzvednout i manager Miriam. Pravidelne chodila mezi hosty a ptala se na spokojenost a na další možnosti zlepšení. Ze všech zaměstnanců byla cítit pojídá a spokojenost a je to myslím zásluhou Miriam.
Lokalita Sahl Hasheesh
Oblast Sahl Hasheesh nás doslova nadchla! Večerní procházky po dlouhé pobřežní promenádě a půjčování golfových autíček tomu všemu dodaly skvělou tečku.
Shrnutí:
SRNTY je skvělá volba pro každého, kdo hledá čisté, moderní prostředí, vynikající servis, dobré jídlo a celkově velmi pohodovou atmosféru. Rádi se sem v budoucnu vrátíme!

Amazing 5 star stay
Detailed experience of our great stay!
Reception:
When we arrived at the hotel it was quite late there was only 1 person reception, he did his best to get to us and someone who arrived just 2 minutes before we did so we weren’t waiting too long, the process was quick and efficient. We were told we could go down for late dinner (served till 11:30pm) but we weren’t hungry so just went to the room. On the last day of the trip we asked if we could extend the room as we had an evening flight and the response was an immediate yes with 2 options, till 3pm for €30 or till 6pm for €50, we were so pleased we could keep the room so late so we could get a full day, and were advised we didn’t need to pay till check out! Overall great experience from them! The hotel is also only a 30 minute drive from the airport and you can see the planes overheard which was cool.
Room
We booked a side sea twin room and it was a huge room, beds bigger than singles, well made up and firm but comfortable, plenty of storage space and side space and lots of plug sockets (even a uk plug in the bathroom). The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping were superb, fresh towels everyday, towel art on the bed (pics below), on the first day the housekeeper asked how much water we’d like each day and always made sure it was delivered, fridge re-stocked, room tidied! The housekeeper was also really friendly every day asking if there was anything we needed! The aircon worked great and was a nice reprieve from being in the sun all day. All that was missing was some robes, it would have made it perfect! Otherwise there was every toiletry you could need Incase you forget anything! The bathroom was lovely with a great shower. The room was really well soundproofed as well. The tv also has so many channels, they have BBC one, bbc news, itv 1 and itv 2 as well as an English football channel and all the games were shown on there as well as Wimbledon!
Pool
We spent most of the time by the pool, it’s kept cold which is nice and refreshing, the lifeguards can’t do more for you, from setting up your sunbeds with towels and umbrellas to cleaning your sunglasses (all free but we did tip!) the sunglasses cleaning was another step up in luxury! The pool was also kept clean and we saw the lifeguards constantly keeping the place clean and tidy and even washing the sunbeds! The area is kept exceptionally clean at all times. The lifeguards are also on duty all the time. The toilets by the pool are also kept exceptionally clean .
Pool bar/staff
10/10, excellent, sunbed service for whatever you could want, it got to the point where they knew our morning orders and would bring us iced coffees and waters and offer our favourite cocktails in the afternoons! They too circle the pool clearing glasses, rubbish, taking drinks orders, they work exceptionally hard and the service was always great! It was my birthday on the trip and I got a special cocktail and a singalong of happy birthday from them! I didn’t catch their names but they deserve recognition for being excellent! You can get your towels changed as many times as you like as well which was nice if you went from the beach to the pool as well. You can also have inflatables in the pool. It’s also good quality towels. The bars are also open until sunset so you can really make the most of your day.
Beach
We only did the beach on one day but it was nice, a lot busier with people and a lot warmer as you don’t get as much of a breeze as you do by the pool, the see is nice and calm but a bit lagoon like for us but still went in multiple times, the staff there were also very good and can’t do enough for you. They have proper showers to wash the sand off you as well which was nice.
Restaurant
The buffet restaurant was great, all the food was delicious, so many options, there is a different theme every night with one night being a special of beef wellington which was amazing! The staff at the restaurant were also superb, it really is the best service I’ve had an all inclusive buffet restaurant, there was Raed who was always kind, smile on his face, asking us how we were, it got to the point where he knew our morning drinks order and we didn’t even have to ask, we would go get our breakfast and they would be waiting on the table, always attentive, we would sit in his section deliberately! There was another tall man that I didn’t get the name of but he was also lovely, checking to see if we needed refills. We would sit outside on an evening and the waiter out there was also great, another one remembering our drinks so we didn’t have to ask, it makes the whole trip a lot more enjoyable when they make it so stress free! My only suggestion would be more fresh fruits like pineapple etc as it was only ever fresh watermelon or apples, oranges grapes etc, and maybe some of the fruit like mango chopped up! Also exceptionally clean.
Beach bar/food
The downstairs food area is nice, you can order food like sandwiches, burgers and pizzas as well as some buffet style food, it was always really tasty and fresh! As well as having table service for drinks!
Lobby bar/sports bar
We managed to watch the Egypt game in the hotel and the sports bar atmosphere was great, table service drinks, amazing crisps, plenty of TV’s around the room as well! The lobby bar was great for drinks before/after food as it’s also 24hours, lots of cocktails, wine and beer options as well as spirits, the staff were friendly and enjoyed a chat and were quick with service. I was nice to sit outside on the balcony as well and look out at the sea. The aircon was also good inside so if you didn’t want the heat it was good.
Overall the stay was really great, we have no complaints and would happily come back here again! 10/10 experience!
