The location on the lakefront is beautiful! We loved the hotel’s Georgian decor. The coffee was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was ok. Very cold and couldn't be bothered to help with more request when we asked to use sauna, which needs to pay extra to use. The room is in old style room facing lake but very cold. There is not kettle or bottle water. I would not recommend this hotel. Beautiful town but the whole experience was ruined by this hotel.

Great place to stay! Service was very friendly and the food was amazing. The room was great and a nice walk to the castle.
