Fantastic relaxing holiday

We are very satisfied every time. The hotel is owner-run, everything is very clean, the rooms are spacious, the wellness area is small but nice. The food is of very high quality and plentiful. The staff are particularly outstanding, the chambermaids, the service staff and not forgetting the very helpful and friendly Angelika at the reception ☺️. The location is very good. There are parking spaces in front of the door and you can also store your bikes. All in all, great. Thank you very much, we will be back.

Insufficient for four stars!

Breakfast buffet is a highlight!
Dinner was prepared absolutely carelessly.
The manager seemed rather unmotivated. Service varies greatly from excellent to inadequate.

Pleasantly maintained.

Good place, clean and friendly. Bathroom and wellness area very nice. Good breakfast. The hotel is recommended, price is also right.

Overall not a good 4 Serne hotel .

The room was very dark but pleasant in the temperatures. The breakfast was okay, the dinner mostly Fast Foot . Also not tasty.The wellness area very small and not sufficient for all guests. The price-performance ratio was far too expensive, because for the money you get more offered in other hotels. I would not go back to this hotel and would not recommend it.

Light and Shadow

Price performance is currently incorrect. The wellne area is small but fine a highight, the breakfast is top, but the rooms are no longer up to date. We were with 3 couples who are all on the road a lot and had to all note that the price is currently a bit too high. Unfortunately, this is also due to the service. The double rooms were only prepared as single rooms, may happen, but the demand from us did not go down so - “be clear, you still bring beds and pillows”. In fact, however, this was only done in one of three rooms and the second bathrobe was nowhere . The rich and good breakfast also included prosecco, which hardly any guest uses. When you're out with friends, it was a good occasion for us. But it wasn't enough for 6 glasses. I tried to ask kindly for another bottle. Answer “One at a time.” The bottle also arrived quickly, but the boss's comment was not warm.
Further positive: we were allowed to leave our cars free of charge at the hotel parking lot during our bike tour on arrival and departure day.
