Nice hotel also for families!
Two Connecting Rooms: ideal for our family of 5. Top beds, a bit narrow for two people. Lovely to swim and exercise after a day in the city. In quiet green district of Munich , but within walking distance of the metro and restaurants. But after a day of walking, eating in the sports bar is also a must!

Just Awful, Not Germany and a MarriNOT
The stay did not begin well in that our rooms were not ready at the check-in time. We were asked to wait well past check-in time into the dinner hours. As an ambassador member that is unacceptable.
We rushed out the door to make dinner and did not realize how thoroughly disgusting and unclean our rooms were. The photos I attached do not even begin to cover it.
Among the issues were various filth and hair throughout the room and carpeting. Various disgusting stains. NAILS left over for my previous female guest. Stickiness. Plus, beat up ragged floors.
They tried to remedy the issue, but it’s so offputting nothing really fixes this.
To add to the fun, the toilets don’t flush very well and should you perform a number 2 it will require 7 to 10 flushes. The water pressure in the shower is also a joke, rather a trickle.
Breakfast is also comprised of rather low quality ingredients and disgusting coffee. Most of the staff are quite cranky as well and are more than happy to bump into you rather than to give away as you proceed to the buffet. Clearly, they’ve never heard of guest right away!
This brand is inconsistent with Germany and any Marriott I’ve ever been to in the thousands of nights I’ve spent with them.

We really enjoyed our stay however some points. On arrival there was no bedding or towels for my son. Once requested they were put in place. However when housekeeping visited. Old towels removed but only put back enough for 2 adults. Another visit to reception. On arrival, we weren't told lift is operated by our room card, wasnt await robes were for request only. One point I found particularly poor was the bar manager. Consistently undermining staff in full view of customers. It happened everytime I came for dinner. This sort of behaviour should not be tolerated in view of customers, or behind closed doors. I do note he is efficient but some staff training is required. I recommend you ask a member of the chain who is not known to visit the bar, they will witness.

Good service
Super service, good location
Parking easily in the basement, however minus that it is public parking why you as a guest pay the same 24-hour rate. However, there was good space and charging options for electric cars.
Rooms were good and there was little noise from the surrounding rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was always friendly and super helpful with questions. They had an amazing selection at breakfast and the rooms were comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel also had amazing food for dinner if you’re too tired to explore after a long day. :) I loved that they had water refill stations too! We stayed here during the big heatwave in Europe so being able to fill our water bottles up for free before venturing out was very appreciated! We definitely plan on returning. Thank you, for making our trip to Germany so wonderful!
