Excellent

At first I was doubtful about the fact that this was a hotel without a reception (everything is done online or at the hotel check-in terminal in 5 minutes) but during the stay I completely had to change my mind
The experience went very well: I was assigned a double room even though I had paid for a single standard room at a truly competitive price
Upon arrival, the locker to store suitcases before check-in was not working, so I was allowed to check in early without paying anything in advance. I also asked for an extension of the stay with a small discount and it was applied without any problems. Cleaning is done upon request: it was enough to send an email to find the room clean a few hours later. If you are quick in the morning, you will find a small to-go breakfast right at the entrance, in addition to the fact that there is a small Nespresso machine in the room with everything you need to make yourself a coffee whenever you want
The only advice: bring a hair dryer from home, my room had one but the cord was too short and I had to dry my hair sitting on the floor

Almost an Airbnb, almost better not to come.

The noise from the entrance door and the elevator is terrible. Room 321 should not be assigned to anyone.
I did not like the check-in, typical of an Airbnb I would never step foot in. Not to mention that there was never anyone at the front desk and that for them to clean our room (which they don't do if you don't ask for it) we had to look for an employee. By the way, if you run out of something you have to go to a kind of horrible storage room to get whatever it is by crossing a hallway (it's not one building, it's two half-floors and an ATM for check-in at the door, which no one opens for you and you have to wait for someone to enter to get through).
The lighting is terrible in the bathroom and bedroom, which by the way, the room has a thousand defects and the shower water comes out with no pressure. Not to mention that there were two times without hot water.
Top 3 worst hotels of my life although I wouldn't call this a hotel, I would call it “almost a hotel almost an Airbnb almost better to avoid it”.

It was like being on a boat w small but “efficient” storage. Lights randomly turned on at night-sticky wall switch. Front desk was rude at check in. Self service towels/tp.
Saving grace is the wonderful location & subway access.

I am amazed that this is a self-checking in room. you have to key in your own passport and information at a machine booth outside the lift lobby. then i dispenses your room card. no human interaction at all, Location is great. near to Train, Tram and Subway stations. Right opp Karlsplatz. Room clean and good pillows and beddings. Summer price is about Eur350 per night though for a family of 3.

The room was poorly designed and was more suited for 1 person. There was no real place to unpack your suitcase. The bed was an East/West layout. You have to check yourself in and the "Buddy" on duty was hidden behind a wall and was sarcastic when our friend was having issues trying to check in. The area is noisy and the blinds did not block out the light from outside. Two good points would be: the air conditioner did work well and its location.
