Air conditioning was excellent! Quad room was great for our family, plenty of space, storage, comfortable beds. Waters, kettle, coffee in the room were nice. Staff was very helpful at checking.

Never spoke to an employee in person. Fridge in room did not work. Clean and spacious room. No parking and nobody to ask about it.

The room was good. But accessing the hotel was quite difficult. At arrival, the doors were locked. I didn’t have access codes and in the app, it appeared as if I did not have a reservation. I stood out in the freezing cold for a while trying to figure out which number to contact. At the end, it all worked out, but not the best experience, certainly not a pleasant one.

Very comfortable and clean room, very spacious and great bathroom with a lovely shower.
Fairly easy to get to Köln city centre 5-10 minute walk to the nearest shuttle and 20 minutes to the centre on the tube.
Overall a great stay.

Our room was very clean. We did not have any problems even though we checked in late. They were helpful on the phone.
