A pleasant surprise!

Very impressed with the whole place. The staff are welcoming and hardworking and everywhere was beautiful clean. The room was quiet and comfortable and facilities of a high standard. I would definitely visit again and recommend highly.

Very happy customer.

The location was perfect, reasonably priced, beautiful breakfast. The disabled room was perfect for me. The lift was a great help. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness and I have ocd. I didn’t hear anything so I must have been comfy and slept well, loved the pillows. The service was great and the amenities in the room were perfect. As a disabled woman the staff went above and beyond, thank you so much.

Great Stay! Super comfy bed!

Stayed here last week whilist visiting area with work.
The bed was so comfortable, staff were friendly and welcoming.
Check in was quick and simple.
Will book again!

Total lack of disability support

Checked with the hotel before arriving and making a bucket to make sure that it was wheelchair accessible and form mobility scooter due to my disabilities a right that the hotel the lift is incredibly small it does not comply with the minimum size set by UK legislation and therefore was refused access to the hotel based on been a disabled person when the manager got involved he avoided every single question all he said was that he could do a refund and then pass the problem on to a different Hotel when asked what is the customer going to do as the refund will not hit the account for a couple of days and left with little funds for new hotel he refused to answer TOTALLY REFUSED TO ASSIST. The total disregard for disabilities is shocking. Even more shocking is this person was the duty manager. Never thought I'd ever find a Weatherspoons Hotel with a discriminating attitude never ever could they believe it as as a massively general rule they are one of the best in hospitality for disabilities but obviously not this place
