Perfect location

The location is perfect up on a hill, so you can avoid the hustle and busle of the city centre. The apartments are large and very well furnitured, ideal for a family with children and the double rooms are new and well furnitured as well, all with balcony and a splendid view on the mountains, There is a kitchen for the rooms to be shared with the other guests of the house and for this it all depends on the politeness, cleanness, respect and so on of the people you share the space with. It's well organized with lots of amenities for children. The house owners are very friendly and helpful

beware if you have small children - risk of huge extra charges

This is a nice farm, seemingly nice owners, but when we got the bill I got shocked and the attitude of the owners have now made our whole stay very bitter. We got unfair charges running over 60 Euros (up to 160). Most of them originate from the fact that we have small children and they did make some problems that we offered to compensate for- problems for which in other Bauernhofs they never charged us. We damaged a dish drainer and a kitchen utensil - costing EUR 1.99 and under EUR 1 in IKEA, they charged us EUR 17! and EUR 8! (for cheap plastic stuff; the IKEA products are more sturdy). My son had a night nosebleed - instead of just putting the sheets into the washing mashine or in the worst case sending to the dry cleaners - we had to pay for the sheet; apparently EUR 28!!!!, when it was a cheap simple sheet. And so on. We borrowed an onion and a few potatoes (that we bought for them in a few hours) for a soup, and some caraway seeds (they asked for the remainders back) - got charged for EUR 3.90.
So if you have small children and may get into some inevitable "damages" and do not want to pay for these a very high price - you'd better find another farm to stay. We have stayed for 14 years with our children (we have 6) on Austrian farms a lot - and NEVER got charged for anything, although of course some damages do occur (last year a nasty virus went through ALL of them while we were on the skiing holiday, you can imagine the damage although you do not want to - the owners, instead of charging, kept bringing us mountains of towels and sheets hourly, and washed all of our soiled clothes for free).
Other minor things, for instance, included the fact that it was a last minute booking (on the day of arrival) but we did not make it that day in the end, we did offer to pay for the night unspent and of course they charged it - it is OK, but it does reflect the attitude.

Einfach perfekt

Ruhige Lage, wunderschönes Ambiente, saubere und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen und äußert sympathische Gastgeber.
Auch für ältere Kinder gut geeignet, da es jede Menge Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten gibt (Trampolin, Fußball-Platz, Wuzzler, etc.). Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch

Ein perfekter Sommer

Schon seit 10 Jahren fahren wir an den Wolfgangsee. Seit wir vor 6 Jahren den Eggerhof gefunden haben, ist ein Urlaub dort nicht mehr wegzudenken!
Gemütlich, erholsam, wunderbare Wohnungen.
