Highly recommend this apartment in Leinz !!

Our accommodation was organised for us through adventureaustria. It was exactly what we were looking for, contemporary apartment in quite area but also a short walk into the centre of Leinz. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with supermarket just around the corner. There was also private garden that we could sit in when weather permitted. Family was very welcoming and always on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely ask to stay there again should we return to Leinz.

Great place to stay in Lienz!

I stayed a week in one of the apartments during a holiday visiting different parts of the Tyrol. It was comfortable and well-equipped and everything worked well. It's in a quiet street (so good for sleeping) but within easy walking distance of the centre of town - in fact, the walk to the Hauptplatz takes you anyway through the main shopping streets of Lienz. I was lucky with the April weather and so was glad to use the balcony which is available for guests to sit on with views over the nice garden to the mountains. There is a supermarket very nearby.
Often holiday apartments, even good ones, are purely functional in style and approach. What distinguishes this one is the personal touch which was shown even in my first email contact with the owner (who also speaks English). The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly and this continued throughout my stay. The personal touch is also evident in the artistic style and decoration of the apartment.
I would be very happy to stay here again.

Wonderful freindly apartments

Beautiful contemporary apartments finished with an artistic hand set in a traditional stone house. This family run establishment is very welcoming making it an ideal setting, two minutes from the cable car, ten minutes walk to the town centre. An Ideal centre to explore the wonders of Osttitol.

Uno splendido appartamento...

Posizione ottimale a ridosso degli impianti di risalita di Hochstein, visibili dalle finestre e comodamente raggiungibili a piedi, a 400 metri dal centro e dal castello...appartamento bellissimo e pulito, con tutti i confort di casa.
Unica cosa da notare, sono i 35 € che vengono aggiunti alla fine del conto per le pulizie.
Però per la posizione, la comodità, e il prezzo richiesto, la spesa è assolutamente limititata!!!!
Appartamento top!!!

Family in tour

Nel nostro tour post natalizio abbiamo fatto tappa anche a Lienz, bellissima da visitare oltretutto, e abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento bellissimo! Estremamente pulito e confortevole, completo di molti confort (in cucina mancavano però olio e sale e nel bagno non c’erano i bagnoschiuma ma c’era il phon). La proprietaria gentile e ci si capisce bene parlando inglese (non sa l’italiano). Al prezzo di Booking dovete aggiungere 3€ a persona X la tassa di soggiorno e 35€ (esagerati) X le pulizie finali..... ci tornerò ma la prossima volta l’appartamento lo lascio sporco .....
