Wonderful stay for the family plus puppy

Our host, Rainer, could not have been more helpful. The farm/hotel is in a beautiful setting and there is plenty to do right there without having to go anywhere else! Little kids had a treat, while our teenagers were fascinated by all the animals. Amazing walks in the forest and an interesting programme on the farm every late afternoon. The food was excellent and for once the vegetarians among us had a feast. Our host and his team spared no effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We'll be back!

Perfect summer holiday for the whole family

We have been here for the second time and we were very satisfied. We appreciate very kind approach, perfect breakfast and dinner. The apartment is roomy and light with daily bedmaking. The children were excited about the animals at the farm (cows, llamas, dogs, rabbits, pigs, cats, guinea pigs), daily children programm (llamas feeding, visit at the calf, trip with tractor...), the dinner with small surprise and the playground.

Fantastic location

A clean room, good shower. Large balcony with a fabulous view.
Family dogs and cats are part of the holiday!
Food is filling and plenty of breakfast available.
Very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend for couples and families.

Farm-like holidays in the heart of Alps

Holidays in Berghof Sturmgut just next to the ski slope with astonishing views on Totes Gebirge mountains is worth to enjoy with the whole family including babies and pets who are very welcome. Thanks to Rainer's extraordinary hospitality and sense of humor, the whole team's professionality, friendly dogs walking all around and various facilities for children's fun, we were able to enjoy the stay even during the rainy days of ending summer. The typical breakfasts and local meals for dinners are adding the real Austrian taste. Definitely worth to come back again.

Scenic, Central and Great Staff

The owner, Rainer, is so friendly and helpful, and we couldn't wait for each breakfast and dinner that was included as part of the room. The kids play area is pretty standard (trampoline, pool, slides) for the area, but its so scenic, it somehow felt special. Would definitely come back.
