During my stay at Divan Hotel, I had an experience that truly went far beyond standard hotel service.
My mobile phone was lost, and in this highly stressful situation, Ms. Büşra, the receptionist, stayed by my side with exceptional empathy and support until the phone was found.
From the very beginning, she followed up on the issue with calmness and genuine care, as if it were her own personal concern. She accompanied me step by step, carefully exploring every possible way to locate the phone with great attention and responsibility.
Her consistent follow-up and real effort clearly went beyond her official duties.
Throughout the entire process, I never felt alone; I felt understood and supported at every stage.
In the end, thanks to her dedicated and responsible efforts, my phone was found.
I would also like to mention that all staff were helpful and supportive, but Ms. Bushra's attitude and performance were truly outstanding and exceptional.

Noisy AC unit, and when asked they said it was same in all the rooms.
Sound insulation between the walls and the doors are not enough for a good sleep.
I had to ran the tap water for about a minute to get rid of the color of whatever it was contaminated with.

Staff in restaurant bar area very friendly and efficient. Rooms of good standard. Good supply of hot water for shower.

Not the best Divan. Kinda feels like a 'Divan Express'.
Note for the seasoned traveler: Do not get 'Deluxe' room. Although the room is standard, the noise from the street is relentless and the soundproofing on the windows leaves a lot to be desired. The staff did accommodate us by putting us in the back in a standard room so we were able to sleep comfortably.
Area is ok only because of shopping mall across the street. This Divan is purely functional......
