Excellent Hotel for a Holiday in Mallorca
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Java. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea and the beach, while also being well connected to Palma and other parts of the island.
Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I would especially like to praise the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff.
Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of choices, while dinner was also excellent, with a good selection of dishes and quality ingredients.
What impressed us most was the attitude of the staff towards guests. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always willing to assist.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. I would sincerely recommend Hotel Java to anyone visiting Mallorca, and if we return to the island, I would be very happy to stay here again.

Nice relaxing week

Hotel BG Java was in a great position near the beach. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the food was average. Themed nights were good but we found the majority of the food was not very warm, the restaurant was buffet style and there was plenty of choice if you liked fish. Not many meat options. The entertainment was average but nothing to write home about.
We did visit some bars in the resort some of which had live acts on which were excellent. The pool area was clean and appealing. What we liked about the pool area was that we could always get a sun lounger and no no one reserved them which was a bonus. Was very handy having the bus stop to Palma right outside the hotel. The trip to Palma was only 2€ each way and it took about 30 mins.
Overall an enjoyable holiday but geared up more for Europeans rather than the brits.

The price / value is not okay anymore, and the Staff are not helpfull. We have booked with breakfast and wanted to cansell the breakfast. That was not possible.

Pleasant stay

Very pleasant environment and not overcrowded, excellent staff and service.
If I have to point out a drawback it is the buffet food, it lacks a little to be up to 4* standards and the water pressure came and went, but I understand that this is a one-off breakdown that they will repair.

Great hotel for family

Everything was great. Food was amazing, loot of different stuffs to eat. When we came they offered us room for laguage and to change in swimming suit.
