This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of UAH 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartments are located in different addresses. The office is open Monday through Sunday 24 hours. In case you arrive later than 18:00, contact the property directly to arrange key collection. Payment for accommodation is made through payment services (wayforpay, fondy). According to the booking rules, we charge an insurance deposit: one-room apartment - 1500 UAH two-room apartment - 3000 UAH three-room apartment - 4000 UAH
