This was a wonderful place to stay in Madrid! Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. A delicious breakfast. Earlier in my stay I was at a different location that was not nearly as good, for more money. i would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay within a Budget.

Check in is via another hotel which can be challenging. It’s a short walk from one to the other.
If walking from the main train station with luggage then it’s a difficult walk uphill.

Expedia hotel details indicate separate sitting room, stove, microwave, fridge, utensils and cookware. There was none of that and now they have changed the information. The person at the front desk changed us to the neighbor Hostal Abadia which is a small apartment with all the above included. Otherwise we would have paid extra for the Deluxe double room for no reason. Disappointing but in the end the personel took great care of us. The mini kitchen is necessary for us on account of food allergies, we cook "at home" for most of our meals.

Disastrous organization

lousy for two reasons. First the parking lot. They should explain that you get to it like Fatima, after a pilgrimage. From the car park to the hotel another pilgrimage with bags. second: you have to go to the reception of another hotel to check in, the keys of the car park, those of the hotel. there is nowhere to park for a minute. Inconvenient for the traveler, very uncomfortable. also, small room, you can not even open the bags. We ended up here on a recommendation. I don't recommend it, don't come. there are more comfortable and friendly central accommodations. arriving at this room has proved an unpleasant odyssey.
