Room was large and comfortable. The water warmed pretty fast as well. They had extra blankets for the cold Peruvian night. The hotel staff was sweet, did my laundry and brought it tk my room folded, let me pay them back since I was sort on 1 sol. Breakfast was served fast, and was a nice simple meal! Only downside, you have to go up all these stairs to get to it ;-;

I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference!
I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation.
It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)

The staff are excellent! The building is old, on a hill side that is steep -walking 4 times a day is a chore, the noise is awful -not hotel surroundings is just loud. The rooms were dirty. No daily house keeping that I experienced. Room was cold no heating. Just extra blankets.
