Beautiful view over the pyramids.

It is a good hotel with a splendid view over the pyramids and the sphinx. Food is good and the people who work here are fantastic. Walking a lot of stairs but that should not spoil the fun.

CAUTION

If you buy "pyramid view" require them to settle in a room "pyramid view" as paid. On the second day we had to show the staff an empty room to finally settle in. Refuse to change rooms during your stay.
Bring some dock balls, there's noise in the street and in the hotel corridors. Night staff can listen to a film without headphones at night or make a check-in at night by speaking loudly in the corridors. A hotel is being renovated next to the hotel’s room windows and workers can make concrete by shovel from 11pm to 2am by stirring gravel.
The view of pyramids is the best here. The sweet and savoury breakfast is good. Cleaning in the room is okay.
Request a room in the renovated part of the hotel. There is no safe, no elevator, no sun loungers, no steam room. The swimming pool is a cold water trout tub, the sauna has not worked all week, the Jacuzzi is a bubble bathtub placed on the roof.
The common areas, floor to ceiling are dirty.
This hotel will have no stars in France.

To avoid

We took a suite. The room looked good, until it was used. To start the shower was not working and a hose was leaking from the toilet, which was repaired the next day.
Then the work in the hotel itself and the one next door began and it was all day, big hammer blows, saw and drill. When we complained, the boss promised that it would stop but the next day he revolted. We were told they were tearing down rooms downstairs. There we left the hotel.
TV's not working.
Electrical cables hang and come out of the walls, with children it was not too dangerous.
There is a small swimming pool, the water is not heated. There's a little hot tub.
We also booked an excursion to visit the pyramids but unfortunately the guide arrived 30 minutes later than expected.

Perfect service

It was a great experience with an excellent view of pyramid and talso very good service
They have magnificent ideas for the tour in Egypt by showing places to visit and best restaurants.
I am very happy to accommodate their for a very special 4 days

Great stay overlooking the pyramids

Hotel with splendid rooftop overlooking the pyramids, wonderful at sunset. They organized 2 tours for us with very knowledgeable and kind guides. Good Egyptian breakfast with great fresh mango juice. Staff friendly and willing to help. Cleanliness could be improved by Italian standards.
