Perfect location, modern and super clean, efficient room. And the breakfast buffet is amazing. I will stay there again.

The breakfast was a disappointment, especialy the tea, which they could not make, as well as not serving tea in tea cups. I also found the fresh fruit to be second rate, that means it was not ripe, sweet and did not taste good. I did not find white toast either and did not bother to ask for that as well.
The rrom was clean and fine, no issues there.

The hotel needs an update. Location is good but we got attitude at check in. Were told no air conditioning available when we asked at bedtime. We tried to sleep with window open but street noise made sleeping impossible. Way too warm in room to be comfortable! If air conditioning is conditional, they need to let you know that it will be available upon their decision.

Central, friendly, practical

We have visited the Hotel Unger several times and were completely satisfied this time.
The hotel's central location, the friendly staff and the extensive breakfast buffet are certainly big pluses.
Less good, on the other hand, is that the hotel (rooms) are naturally old and that rooms facing the street are rather noisy.
