A wonderful place with its own soul

The villa is very tastefully decorated and with great love. Seminar rooms, equipment and food during training were very good. Regionality and sustainability are also lived out with very tasty food. There are so many details throughout the villa, garden and seminar rooms that make Villa Breitenberg and its wonderfully friendly owners a total work of art.

A wonderful place to relax

A very special place.
Every room is different and unique.
The hosts are warm, very attentive and give the feeling of being welcome to guests from the start.
The concept of sustainability is very important here.

Why on earth do you have such a bad cuisine

We went to a theater dinner with friends yesterday for the first time. Mal in the Villa Breitenberg as a guest. House , garden a feel-good ambience! Why on earth are you ruining this with this grotty menu? Neither appearance, composition, nor taste of the food met a minimum requirement. At 95 € per person, of which 28 € went off for the performance that was worth it, I would have expected at least level home cooking to match the play “Casablanca Exit”. Unfortunately, it confirms that it was not a one-time slip-up after I was told in advance about the same food quality on the same occasion a year earlier. Just a shame. If it's not a rip-off, find a new cook!

Ja, was für eine gschnappige Gretel hat uns denn da geschrieben!
Natürlich tut es uns leid, wenn unsere Gäste nicht zufrieden sind - aber eigentlich versuchen wir, konkrete Beanstandungen gleich vor Ort auszugleichen. Das was hier wohl offenbar nicht möglich. Schade.

Wonderful villa with very nice hosts

We have been there twice. As always, the food was very good. We had venison bolognese, so delicious. The house and the garden are simply wonderful. It is difficult to describe, just look at my photos.
A good starting point for trips to Passau (35 minutes by car) or to Austria.
We are already looking forward to a third visit.

quite exquisite organic dinner

We went with our Bavarian friends to this small villa hotel that could easily stand in Scotland. There was a set menu with a choice of main courses, a salad starter with an amazing dressing, a lamb stew that was set on the table in a Terrine to be ladled on your plate, and a homemade dessert.
Available also were organic beer, wine and champagne, so we could keep to our new policy of only eating and drinking organic ...
