Hotel cen is Japan＇s first concept based on the name of Hyakunin-cho, "Respect the way of life of Hundred-hundred-likes and be close to all people regardless of race, nationality, religion, gender" It is a diversity hotel . With 44 private rooms and a café with an open terrace, isolated from the noise of the city, we aim to be a hotel that everyone can enjoy. Residence Tokyo provides LGBT training to all staff, including the back office, upon opening the hotel. In addition, we have hired designers from LGBT parties to make hotel concepts, and we are actively promoting the recruitment of foreigners to our employees, and using LG Rainbow＇s Job Rainbow, which supports job matching and employment, to adopt LGBT.
