Please inform Hilton Lake Como in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our Rooftop heated swimming pool is open and available for hotel guest from 8am until 6 pm. Eforea Spa & Health club is open every day for massages and treatments prior to reservation. Spa area, including sauna and indoor pool has a supplement of €39 per person per 1,5 hours. Also, kids can access the wellness centre until 12 pm (free entry up to 14 years old only). Opening hours: every day 9 am – 9 pm. The gym is free of charge and it is open 24/7. Pets up to 20 kilograms (medium size) are welcome to the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the fitness center, pool area, food & beverage outlets. Contact us for more info. Guests are required to show a valid identity document and a credit card upon check-in.
