Lovely safe comfortable B&B situated an 10 minute walk to the beach and a couple of good pubs. Easy to drive to other locations to explore, such as Arlington Court and Exmoor Zoo. The breakfast was really lovely with a selection of cooked, yoghurt, fruit and juice, enough to keep you going past lunch.

Beautifully kept B&B with an incredible hostess. Nothing was too much. Lovely room, comfy bed, good shower/bath, very dog friendly but kept immaculately. Amazing food & scrummy cake! Thank you Caroline.

Just awesome!

Wow what a great place. Caroline and Colin have made a beautiful tranquil place and welcome you in it as honoured guests. They couldn’t have made me more welcome and are very likeable too. The high quality of the room, enormous comfy bed, amenities (both in and outdoors) and then the food - breakfast ranked as one of the best! Get the impression I loved my stay there? Sure did!

Very friendly welcome and lovely spacious room. A thermos of fresh milk was ready for us every evening on the reception counter for tea/ coffee in our room the next morning. Breakfast was delicious with excellent selection of fruit, yoghurt, granola and choice of cooked breakfast. The location is excellent too. A short 10 minute walk and you're on the beach at Instow. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
