Very friendly and helpful even changed my room so I could have a bath. The food was excellent and again great staff couldn’t do enough for you such a relaxed atmosphere for solo travellers you feel at ease.Thanks again

This was my fourth return visit to this hotel which is always clean and supported by friendly staff. The accommodation block is set across the car park from the restaurant/pub which means you are not disturbed by noise in the evenings. You can access the hotel without going through the one way system in Aberystwyth if you wish but the centre is still within very easy walking distance. Will be coming again no doubt.

staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. the food at Starling is great for any meals.
the bed was comfy, room service was 10/10, they had a nice spread of coffees & teas and biscuits for us.
the room was extremely clean.

The room is very spacious, and it is safer to enter and exit by swiping the card. It is close to a steam train station. The whole room is very quiet. The temperature is controlled by the central air conditioner. The check-in experience is good, suitable for family outings.
