A very nice hotel, well located, with exemplary cleanliness, spacious and bright rooms, and a hearty and varied breakfast.

I really enjoyed the hotel.Vey convenient place,close to the shopping Centre ,groceries and the airport Sofia.The room was fabulous very clean,spacious enough ,stylish! The staff were very polite and helpul.I am thankful for choosing the hotel and recommending to others The breakfast is delicious!

We did not park or go to breakfast. Meals after breakfast time were non existent and the staff was stand offish. Sadly, some didn’t even make the effort to help us get a taxi.

Not so good if you have sensitive skin.

Stayed for a week at the hotel. Staff is friendly and hotel gives a good first-impression. Breakfast is ok, you don’t really need much more.
However I got a bad skin reaction which caused itching all over my body, very likely due to residue from the cleaning detergents in the bed sheets and/or towels. It lasted a few days after leaving the hotel. So I wrote an email to the hotel to inform them, just for information and in a very friendly way. They didn’t care about answering even to acknowledge receipt of my msg. I work as a pilot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my 15 years of flying. This is the first time this happened.
Other than that hotel offer free parking which is great. Location is good also, close to The Mall.

I had a great stay at B1 City Hotel in Sofia. The room was excellent—comfortable, well maintained, and always spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: plenty of variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value. I’d definitely stay here again.
