All bedrooms, excluding the studio and mini suites, have a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds. Every 3 days, your suite will receive an Express Service, where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replenish finished amenities, stack the dishwasher, and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive full service and be thoroughly cleaned, with all linens changed every 7 days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to secure your reservation. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: Studio - Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AUD 100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AUD 200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AUD 400 - Penthouses: Up to AUD 2000. Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more.
