Wonderful

Although I didn’t stay at Hotel Royal, my family and I frequented it daily. It was our go to for the perfect Frappe and refreshing drinks. We also had a lot of our lunches here as well and I would highly recommend the chicken cesar salad, very delicious. The staff were extremely kind and professional.

Not recommended.

We were guests as a family with five adults and were unfortunately very disappointed.
The rooms were much too small and extremely cramped for three adults. Even worse, however, was the lack of cleanliness. During our three-day stay, the rooms were not cleaned a single time. Only fresh towels were placed inside. Neither the bathroom nor the toilet was cleaned.
The air conditioning did not work during the entire stay. Despite multiple complaints, we were assured every time that it was fine. In reality, however, it blew only warm air. There was no professional repair or satisfactory solution.
The breakfast was okay, but you had to pay for coffee separately every morning. The coffee offered for free tasted very watery and was barely drinkable.
The dinner also left a lot to be desired. There were only six dishes to choose from, and the menu remained unchanged throughout our entire stay. There was no talk of variety.
We also noticed particularly negatively that a very poor exchange rate was applied when paying with euros. We found that inappropriate and annoying.
Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations in any way. Due to the poor cleanliness, the inadequate service, and the price-performance ratio, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

HERE IN ALBANIA IT'S SO...

This is the response of the guy at the reception to my observation that a 4-star with a similar breakfast I had NEVER seen.
A table with 4 things all salted and dried nothing hot included and not even water (which in the minibar is not even there otherwise steal it, another nice answer).
No to desserts WHY IN ALBANIA YOU DON'T EAT. IN ITALY VOGLIAMP ONLY CROISSANT AND CAPPUCCINO....
Small rooms with nice views which is the only valid thing about the hotel.
The bathroom so small my husband couldn't brush his teeth.
The beach... a square with stones and cars parked inside.

MAGIC

I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FOR 5 NIGHTS WITH MY FAMILY AND I CAN SAY IT IS A SPECIAL EXPERIENCE. HOSPITALITY IS THE KEY POINT OF THIS HOTEL. THEY OFFERED ALL THE TIME TO HELP US WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. VERY ORDERLY ENVIRONMENT AND PERFECTLY CLEAN ROOMS. OUR ROOM HAD A SEA VIEW AND IT WAS AN INDESCRIBABLE PLEASURE TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING WITH THAT VIEW. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY FRESH AND THEY OFFERED US BREAKFAST EVEN BECAUSE THE TIME HAD PASSED. THANK YOU HOTEL ROYAL FOR THE BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE.

Very good

Ist the most beautiful excperienc ever. Everything was fine. Very clean rooms. Girl in the reception was very helpful with us. View from the room was amazing. I recomended 100%. Brealfast very teasty with very variety. I definitly come back next year.
